Social Media Competitions Terms & Conditions

By participating in 12bet.uk Social Media competitions, you fully agree to and accept these promotional Terms and Conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) & any instructions given to you by 12bet.uk. In addition, the 12bet.uk Privacy Policy & General Betting Rules also apply. In the event of any difference between these Promotion Terms and the Standard Terms, these Promotion Terms will prevail. 12bet.uk Social Media competitions are managed by TGP Europe Ltd (“The Promotor”).

Eligibility

  • 12bet.uk Social Media competitions are open to all existing 12bet.uk players.
  • You must be aged 18 or over to participate. Proof of age may be required.
  • Employees of the company, the Promoter and their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competitions or operation of the relevant official 12bet.uk Social Media account shall not be permitted to participate.
  • By entering a competition, you confirm that all information submitted by you is true, current, and complete. Players who submit false information will have entries withdrawn.

Entry & Selection Process

  • In order to enter a competition, players must follow the instructions provided on the relevant 12bet.uk Social Media post.
  • Information about how to enter, the prize(s), closing date & any other significant details will be included on the post as clearly as possible.
  • Players may participate in multiple Social Media competitions if they run in conjunction with each other, unless otherwise stated.
  • Players are allowed only ONE (1) entry per individual competition.
  • Entries gained via commented reply will be voided if edited or deleted.
  • Any prize given as part of a Social Media competition will be offered to the first qualifying winning player or via a random Prize Draw, which will take place on the first weekday (excluding Bank Holidays) after the closing date of the competition.
  • Any competition winners will be notified by Direct Message on the first weekday (excluding Bank Holidays) after the competitions closing date.
  • The winner must accept the prize directly via Direct Message on the relevant Social Media platform & to the official Social Media account of 12bet.uk.
  • 12bet.uk reserves the right to withdraw any prize or offer any prize to the next eligible entrant if:

    • a) Winners cannot be contacted or fail to communicate the acceptance of their prize to the relevant official 12bet.uk Social Media account via Direct Message within 24 hours of being contacted. Correspondence to 12bet.uk’s customer service team will not guarantee acceptance of the prize.
    • b) Winners are unable to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
  • 12bet.uk & the Promotor reserve the right to void entries, terminate any account, suspend players from participating in future Social Media Competitions & withhold promotional benefits if:

    • a) Players are deemed to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
    • b) If players register multiple accounts with 12bet.uk in order to gain multiple entries. Multiple accounts may include players with the same details such name, address, email address, shared computer, IP address & payment method.
    • c) Players provide incorrect or false information.
    • d) Players attempt to defraud 12bet.uk
    • e) Entries via commented reply are deemed abusive, inappropriate and/or offensive.
  • 12bet.uk & the Promotor’s decision regarding voiding or refusal of entries is final.
The Prize

  • The prize(s) will be stated on the relevant Social Media post.
  • The prize and any further regulations relating to the use of the prize is subject to these Terms & Conditions. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to comply with all Terms & Conditions and regulations.
  • No cash alternative to any prize will be offered. Prizes are non‐refundable and non-transferable.
  • Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent or greater value without giving notice.
  • Winners are responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prize. This may include travel, accommodation & any necessary travel documents, passports, insurance and Visa’s.
  • Winners are responsible for the usage of any prize provided. Prizes will not be reissued or substituted with an alternative prize if the winner is unable to make use of the prize after acceptance.
  • 12bet.uk and the Promoter reserve the right at their sole discretion to withhold delivery of the prize until proof of eligibility and/or identity requested by 12bet.uk and/or the Promoter has been confirmed. If such proof is not produced on request, 12bet.uk and/or the Promoter may disqualify the entrant from any 12bet.uk promotion.
  • The winner is responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prize as set out and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. In the event they are unable to do so then the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize or offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.
  • Prizes are NOT for re-sale. If we find any prize being resold for profit, 12bet.uk reserve the right to cancel the prize offered & withhold any promotion benefits that come with the prize.
  • Bonus Token’s offered as part of a prize will be valid for 5 days from issue & can’t be used on Price Boosts.
  • 12bet.uk’s general Terms & Conditions surrounding Promotions & Bonuses apply for all bonuses issued as part of a prize.
General

  • Any entrant must comply with any directions given to him or her by 12bet.uk and/or the Promoter including but not limited to any and all relevant laws, rules and regulations.
  • Any entrant who enters or attempts to enter Social Media Competitions in a manner, which in 12bet.uk’s and/or the Promoter’s determination, is contrary to these Terms & Conditions or is unfair, fraudulent or unjust to other entrants or is otherwise not in the spirit of the competition (including without limitation tampering with the operation of any random Prize Draw, hacking, cheating, deception, or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants or 12bet.uk and/or any of its agents or representatives), may be rejected from the competition at 12bet.uk and/or the Promoter’s discretion.
  • 12bet.uk and/or the Promoter may cancel or amend these Terms & Conditions for any reason, including (without limitation) in the case of a manifest error. Any changes will be posted within these Terms & Conditions.
  • Neither 12bet.uk or the Promoter will be liable to you for any loss that is not foreseeable and both 12bet.uk and the Promoter exclude their liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • You agree to reimburse 12bet.uk and/or the Promoter in respect of any damages suffered by 12bet.uk and/or the Promoter or any losses by 12bet.uk and/or the Promoter resulting from any claim made by a third party in each case in respect of any matter arising from your entry to any Social Media Competition, your use of the services relating to the competition in breach of the Terms & Conditions or from your violating of any applicable law or regulation.
  • The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms & Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
  • The Social Media Competitions and these Terms & Conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  • The promoter is TGP Europe Ltd, a company registered in the Isle of Man with company number 122698C and whose registered office is at James House, 1st Floor, 11-13 Hill Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1EF.

Your first deposit must be made via a debit or credit card registered to you, the account holder. The option for e-wallet deposits will be available soon after a successful debit or credit card deposit is made.
