Time Out Facility

Request the automatic suspension of your gaming account for select periods of 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month or 6 weeks.

When to use it?

This option can be used if you wish to for have a cooling-off break from gambling.

What happens when it’s applied?

Once applied, there will be a temporary suspension of your 12Bet account. You will not be able to access your account and any accounts you hold with other websites under the TGP Europe license.

We’d also recommend applying time-outs to other betting accounts you hold if you wish to have a short break from gambling.

How do I apply it?

The Time-Out Facility is found under the ‘Responsible Gaming’ section by going to the ‘My Account’ icon in the top right corner of your device.

What happens after?

Once you've finalised your Time-Out, you will be logged out of your account & you will not be able to access your account during the period you set.

Once the cooling-off period expires, your account will be accessible once again, along with any accounts you may hold under the TGP Europe license, but please note that this option should in no way be seen as a long term solution for problem gambling. If you consider yourself a problem gambler, please use the Self-Exclusion option or contact Customer Support immediately.

Your first deposit must be made via a debit or credit card registered to you, the account holder. The option for e-wallet deposits will be available soon after a successful debit or credit card deposit is made.
