Self Exclusion

Self-Exclusion will prevent you from betting or gambling on 12Bet and all other TGP Europe associated websites for a select period of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years or 5 years.

When to use it?

If you feel that you have developed signs of Problem Gambling or if you believe you are experiencing serious gambling issues.

If you wish to close your account for other reasons, please explore our Time-Out or Account Closure options. Alternatively, please contact Customer Support

What happens when it's applied?

Once applied, you will not be able to access your account or any other accounts you may hold with other websites associated with the TGP Europe license until it has expired. TGP Europe will do everything to prevent you from registering new accounts during the Self-Exclusion period.

You will not receive any promotional or marketing materials from us during the Self-Exclusion period and any funds you hold may be withdrawn subject to our Terms and Conditions

Unsettled bets prior to the start time of an event will remain valid and the stake will not be returned to your account. Any Live bets cannot be voided.

If you decide to self-exclude from our websites, we strongly recommend that you do the same for other betting accounts you may have. This can easily be done by registering with GAMSTOP, a free service that enables you to self-exclude from all online gambling companies licensed in Great Britain. We have also put together a trusted list of Helpful Organisations as it is recommended that you seek support & advice on how to manage your gambling.

If you cannot afford to lose the money you plan to gamble with or if gambling is having a negative impact on your life, we recommend that you do not register or play on our website.

How do I apply it?

The Self-Exclusion option is found under the ‘Safer Gaming’ section by going to the ‘My Account’ icon in the top right corner of your device. Alternatively, please contact Customer Support who can apply an exclusion manually.

What happens after?

Once you have confirmed your Self-Exclusion, you will be logged out & won't be able to access your account during the set period. You will also receive an email to confirm your Self-Exclusion.

Once the Self-Exclusion period expires, you would need to contact us to reactivate your account. After you have notified us, we will review your account and will only reopen an account after a 24 hour cooling off period.

There is no guarantee that your account will be reactivated and we may request Source of Wealth information or make sure that you are comfortable with your level of gambling in line with our Social Responsibility practices. We will always conduct these practices throughout your journey with 12Bet and will proactively try to spot any signs of Problem Gambling.
